Liz Lange Maternity for Target’s Stylish Transition from Summer to Fall {Review}

Being halfway through my fourth pregnancy, it is hard for me to get excited about my wardrobe.  I have worn most of the same clothing since my first pregnancy with Danica 6 years ago and most are out of style, worn and don’t fit right.  Also, they are not all quite right for the season since Danica was born in November and I didn’t need many fall or winter clothing while pregnant with her.  I now feel slightly updated with my new outfit from Liz Lange Maternity at Target.

From fall florals to cozy-chic knits, maternity fashion pioneer Liz Lange has interpreted this season’s top trends for her line at Target.

There are so many items in this line that I wanted to try especially the dresses such as the Liz Lange Maternity Short-Sleeve Colorblock Ponte Dress – Berry/Orange/Pink.   I love this color combination!

Ultimately I decided to try the Liz Lange for Target Maternity Long-Sleeve Ruched Tee ($19.99).  This shirt comes in 5 different color combinations and really I like them all, but I chose the Farmhouse/Bloodstone color.

The shirt is extremely soft made from 58 % Cotton, 37 % Polyester, 5 % Spandex.  I love that it has full length long sleeves which is perfect as we head into colder weather.  I was a little worried that the boat neck neckline would be a little large across the shoulders, but it fit very nicely in the neckline.

I could tell from the pictures online that this was a fitted shirt, but I didn’t really realize how fitted.  I feel like the sizing ran quite small, and when ordering again I will definitely err on the larger side. Also, the shirt was not extremely stretchy.  I have big arms and the sleeves were tight.  I love the shirt, I just wish I had a little more room in it.  The ruching around the stomach is a very cute feature and it lets me show off my baby bump!

The Liz Lange Maternity for Target line also offers a varitey of Maternity pants.  Most of my jeans from previous pregnancies are not very stylish so I was more than happy to try the Maternity Blue Under-Belly Slim Jeans – Ally Blue (34.99).  These jeans are so stylish and comfortable.  I LOVE that they actually have front pockets which seems to be hard to find in many maternity pants.  The jeans are super soft made from 98% cotton and 2% spandex.  I felt that these were very true to size (long for me, but I have extremely short legs).

Liz Lange offers some great ideas to get the most out your maternity wardrobe with these options from her Target collection!

  1. Thanks for sharing! All of these clothes are so cute. I wore a lot of this brand when I was pregnant.

  2. I love how they show you some different ideas from casual to dressy. Luckily, I’ve been at the end of my pregnancies during the end of summer- so it was just tank tops & tees for me!
