I love shopping for my boys. While it isn’t nearly as fun as if I had a little girl, I try hard to dress them in clothes that are comfortable and cool without images that make me wonder if they are growing up a bit too fast. When I’m introduced to clothing companies like Lucky Puppy I’m reminded that that are other people who agree. You can make trendy and cool looking children’s clothing without using scary images. Sweet!

When long time friends Sandi Hochman and Jonathan Cathey joined forces to create products for fellow dog enthusiasts, an innovative lifestyle brand with a focus on children’s fashion was founded. Sandi’s adoration for all things dog related merged with Jonathan’s creativity is the basis behind Lucky Puppy. Admittedly so adorable, the only tagline deemed appropriate was “Nothing But Cute”.

The children’s tees that really caught my attention were the burnout tees. Don’t they just look cool? I knew both my boys would look great in the blue so I chose this Lucky Puppy Crest Blue Burnout Tee. I love the feel which is light and has a rather cool texture. It is a little cold for our weather in Minnesota right now but I know it will be a favorite on super hot days this summer.

My 4 1/2 year old son Lucian is wearing the size 4T. I would say the tees fit true to size but if you want to extend the wear of yours you may want to order a size up. Lucian happens to be lucky to have a little brother who is just turning 3 and will be happy to take it off his hands.
