Sweet Sesame Ginger Grilled Chicken with Peppers

  • 1 to 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1½ cup House of TsangĀ® Sweet Sesame Ginger Grill Sauce, divided
  • 3 assorted bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  1. Cut chicken into chunks. Marinate with ½ cup of grill sauce in ziploc bag overnight or at least 8 hours.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Saute onions and peppers until desired doneness. Add ⅓ cup grill sauce and stir until heated through.
  3. Meanwhile, grill chicken until no longer pink. Brush an additional ¼ cup of grill sauce over the top of chicken cook until sauce is heated, about one minute.
  4. Serve with rice and additional grill sauce.
