Ingredients
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree, frozen
  • 1 medium ripe banana. frozen
  • ¼ cup Gluten-Free Cheerios (yellow box)
  • ½ cup Yoplait Greek Yogurt (or plain/vanilla yogurt)
  • ½ cup skim milk or 1% low-fat milk
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • ⅓ cup chopped apple
  • 1½ tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1½ tablespoons raisins
Instructions
  1. In a blender, puree pumpkin, banana, yogurt, milk, pumpkin pie spie and vanilla. Pour into single-serving bowl.
  2. Top with Cheerios, pecans, apple and raisins.
  3. Serve immediately.
