Easy Chicken Pear Walnut Salad

  • 12 oz. Tyson┬« Fully Cooked Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, prepared according to package directions and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1½ cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • ⅔ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 large ripe pear, quartered and cut into slices
  • 1 bag mixed salad greens (kale, spinach, arugula)
  • ½ cup Wish-Bone┬« Italian Dressing
  1. Combine all ingredients in one large bowl or divide ingredients among four bowls, arranging in fun pattern if desired.
  2. Top with dressing before serving.
