Grape Pineapple Italian Ice

  • 2 cups Welch's 100% Grape Juice
  • ½ fresh pineapple
  • 4 cups ice
  1. Add all ingredients to blender, leaving out half of the ice.
  2. Blend until ice broken up. Add remaining ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Spread into ungreased 9"x 13" baking dish.
  4. Freeze for ½ to 2 hours.
  5. Break up mixture with fork.
  6. Freeze again at least two hours or until completely frozen.
  7. To serve, let sit at room temperature until you can scoop out ice.
