No Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Cups

  • 2 containers (5.3 oz) Dannon® Oikos® Key Lime Traditional Greek Yogurt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs (approximately 8 cracker sheets)
  • 1 lime for slices and zest as garnish
  • toasted coconut
  1. Beat yogurt, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until completely smooth.
  2. Divide crushed graham cracker crumbs among four 6 oz serving dishes.
  3. Spoon cream cheese mixture into each cup and smooth out top with a spoon.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 15 minutes.
  5. Top with toasted coconut, lime slice and zest if desired before serving.
