I love knowing when I make a purchase that I’m supporting a small business owned by a mom like For Your Bug-A-Boo.  And better yet, in this online shop you’ll find a wide select of products that not only are environmentally friendly and safe for baby but they are selected by a mom who knows what products have worked for her or come highly recommended.

With everything from toys like these fruit teethers to bamboo bath towels and cloth diapers, For Your Bug-A-Boo offers lots of great options for your baby or your next baby gift.

After browsing the toys section, these Zooops by ImagiPlay grabbed my attention for my boys.

They love toys in which they can build or put together like a puzzle so I was fairly certain these would be a hit.
This 18 piece connecting block set and game for ages 3 and up allows your child to build animals in lots of different and crazy combinations. I wasn’t sure how well the pieces would fit together and if my boys would struggle at all to take them apart but that wasn’t the case at all. The small wooden dowels used as connectors fit in perfectly and are a breeze for them to undo.
They both have a lot of fun coming up with wacky animals and my 5 year old came up with a fun game of naming his creations such as his “rhinodile”. This garners plenty of giggles from my3 year old and together they enjoyed building both traditional and silly animals.

An activity booklet with various ways in which to play depending upon age, was also included with the set. I love wooden toys which grow with my children and allow them to use their imaginations.
The only downside I could find with this set is the simple fact that these are wooden pieces and my boys found it fun to really play with their animals which caused them to get knocked around a bit. While I’m not at all worried about the wood, I did find a few chips in the paint after play. This could be annoying for some but I simply look at it as proof that the toy has been loved.

    I found several great toys on this site, but the one I think my son may like best is the Zooops that was reviewed here. He loves animals. He would like the Artic Expedition Set, too.
