Kraft recently asked me to get zesty at home and sent me a sample of their Zesty Italian Anything Dressing. And who am I to refuse when they have The Zesty Guy almost begging me to participate?
Oh you don’t believe me?
Just check out the steamy video he made for me.
I love the way he looks right at me.
The guy melts butter with just one look. I mean, that is ha-ha-hot. Yes, I am stuttering.
That video seriously had me cracking up and I found myself smiling afterwards and then checking out all the Zesty Guy videos on the Kraft youtube channel. And if that isn’t making me feel for some Zesty Italian Anything Dressing right now I don’t know what is. (Good thing my husband is Italian. Just sayin’.)
When thinking about this dressing, the first thing that comes to mind is using it as a marinade for my chicken. This is actually something I started doing back in college. That was when I needed to keep things simple (don’t I still?)and I was just cooking for two. I loved marinating the meat for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator and then sauteing it.
Recently I decided to do this with chicken tenders verses full chicken breasts so we can enjoy the most tender cut of meat. (I bet the Zesty Guy would approve.)
The tenders also cook up faster than regular breasts. For these I just broiled them for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
They paired perfectly with my favorite Creamy Apple and Cranberry Coleslaw. Why do a “recipe” when just having some Zesty Italian around works like a charm?
The Zesty Guy certainly inspires me to get a little zesty. Perhaps I’ll surprise my own husband with a hot apron and a whole chicken, lathered in Zesty Italian Anything dressing. I think he would like that….anyone want to offer to babysit?
If you want to share the Zesty Guy with your own family and friends, and get a smile in the process, be sure to check out all the fun Zestygrams available. It is like mailing off a little bit of sunshine. I know I’d love to receive one. (hint, hint)

I have a bottle of a zesty Italian perfume, such as Versace for one of my lucky readers!
