The big day is almost upon us! With Thanksgiving just hours away, are you ready to prepare an amazing feast? Or are you like me and lucky enough to be eating the big meal at someone else’s house? (Thanks, Mom!)
If would still appreciate tried and true tips, Joan Hanson, test kitchen director for Hormel has some great advice and options for you!
Who knew that basting could be bad?
I’ll admit that I’ve never even made a turkey. My mom handles most of our Thanksgiving feast and the holidays are typically the only time that we cook one. But I do love hearing about desserts and sides as those are my favorite things to contribute to any of our family dinners.
What do you look forward to eating most at your Thanksgiving meal?
For me, it is this sausage mushroom stuffing. I seriously could eat this and only this for Thanksgiving and I’d be happy!
Do you have any secrets or tips on how to prepare their turkey or ham? What is one dish for the holidays that you can’t live without?
