Today kicks off the first day of the Total Mom Challenge from Total Gym! I’m very exited to be sharing this with my readers to not only show how this gym system helps me in my desire to lead a healthier lifestyle but also to hold myself more accountable!

Unfortunately for this week it will be hard for me to hit the Total Gym hard because I have out of state guests with me all this week and into next. My time is very limited and my days already feel pretty exhausting. Doesn’t that sound like an excuse? At this point I’m simply trying to be realistic and while this might not be the ideal time to start, no time is perfect. I’m committed to finding some time to fit it in and do some portion control at those many cookouts!
