The Best Cranberry Bread with Fresh Cranberries!

We love this easy cranberry bread recipe with fresh cranberries. It's perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even as a homemade holiday gift with some festive wrapping! Serve this with coffee or tea on Thanksgiving or Christmas morning.  The end result is a quick bread that is very moist and flavorful!

– fresh cranberries – flour – sugar – baking powder –salt – cinnamon – egg  – milk – orange juice – orange zest – oil – walnuts (or pecans)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease two 8x4 inch loaf pans. Set aside. Coarsely chop fresh cranberries.

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

In medium bowl, whisk together egg, milk, orange juice, orange zest and  oil. Add to dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.

Fold in coarsely chopped fresh cranberries and 1 cup chopped walnuts. Pour evenly into two loaf pans.

Top with remaining nuts. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes toothpick comes out clean.Cool 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
