Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. (Can cut bacon ahead of time as shown for faster cooking, or crumble cooked bacon) Pat dry with paper towel. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add all ingredients, reserving some shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, green onion and parsley.

Stir until fully combined.

Spread into 2 quart baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Cover with aluminum foil sprayed. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil.

Return to oven and bake for additional 5 to 10 minutes or until warm and bubbly.Garnish with bacon crumbles, parsley and green onion.
