Spread peanut butter on top of one mini pancake
Add additional mini pancake and spread preserves on top.
Top with an additional mini pancake.
Push bamboo fork into fresh strawberry and skewer your mini pancake stack. Repeat process with remaining pancakes.
Serve at room temperature.
You can substitute your favorite flavor of jam, jelly or preserves.
Bamboo forks work best but a toothpick or mini skewer can be used instead.
