Dark Chocolate Fudge

Try this easy dark chocolate fudge in the microwave instead with just a few simple ingredients. Works great for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or whenever you have a craving for chocolate.
Servings 24

  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • coarse sea salt optional

  1. Add parchment paper or aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray or lightly greased with butter to a square 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In large microwave safe bowl, add semi sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter. Melt in microwave for 1 minute. Stir and continue microwaving at 30 second intervals and stirring in between until fully melted. Add in vanilla extract and stir until combined.
  3. Pour into a lined baking dish. Cool slightly and sprinkle sea salt to taste over top, if desired.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, approximately two hours. Cut into 25 squares.

Recipe Notes

Sea salt is optional but helps cut down on the sweetness of the fudge.
Can use all semi-sweet chocolate chips if preferred.
