Ingredients

  • 1 brick (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice (or orange juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 container (8oz) COOL WHIP whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with mixer until well combined. Mix in pineapple juice and vanilla.

  2. Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.

  3. Serve immediately with fresh fruit or cover and chill until ready to serve.
