Ingredients

bulk Italian sausage
or hamburger

24 oz. Ragu® Sauce
1
can
6 oz tomato paste with Italian herbs
2/3
cup
water

box
1 lb. penne pasta
1
cup
part-skim ricotta cheese
1
cup
shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
(about 4 oz.)
Instructions
Cook penne according to box directions; drain.
Meanwhile, brown sausage in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat; drain.
Stir in Sauce, tomato paste and water until well combined.
Stir in cooked noodles. Simmer until heated through, approximately 5 minutes.
Top pasta with spoonfuls of ricotta cheese, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Simmer covered until cheeses are melted, about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
