Easy Peach Cobbler

Enjoy peach cobbler anytime with this easy peach cobbler recipe using canned peaches and Bisquick! Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream to take this lazy man's peach cobbler to the next level!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Original Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cans 15.9 oz canned sliced peaches, very well drained
  • vanilla ice cream or whipped cream optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In an 8 inch square baking dish, mix together Bisquick, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk with a whisk or fork.
  3. Add in butter and vanilla and gently mix until fully combined.
  4. In medium bowl stir together peaches and sugar.
  5. Spoon peaches over batter.
  6. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.

You can substitute the following ingredients for the Bisquick in this recipe:

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Three to four cups of sliced fresh peaches or thawed frozen peaches (well drained) can be used in place of the canned peaches.
