Garlic Tilapia Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 4 large fresh tilapia fillets approximately 1½ pounds
  • 1 small yellow squash sliced to 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 small zucchini sliced to 1/2 inch thick
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Brummel and Brown® Original Spread
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Place sliced squash and zucchini on pan. .
  4. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil over vegetables and sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  5. Toss to evenly coat.
  6. Spread out evenly on pan, leaving room on one side for tilapia.
  7. Pat tilapia with paper towel to dry.
  8. Place tilapia on baking sheet.
  9. Season both sides of fish with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
  10. Gently whisk melted Brummel and Brown, fresh parsley and garlic. Drizzle over fish.
  11. Cut off ends of lemons and slice in half.
  12. Place lemon halves on baking sheet.
  13. Bake fish for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Broil for last two minutes for a more golden appearance.
  14. Serve immediately.
