Cut the plastic ends with small hole off your skeleton hand with scissors.
-
Spray paint both sides of your plastic skeleton hands in a well ventilated place, making sure to protect your surface. Follow the instructions on your spray paint can for dry times and best results. Give your skeleton hands at least 24 hours to dry.
-
Place a dollop of glue from a hot glue gun in three places on your hair clip, including both ends and the center.
-
Immediately place your skeleton hand over the hair clip right side up so the palm of the skeleton hand is at the fat end of the clip and middle finger is centered over the tip. (This will keep it centered and the hair clip largely covered up.)
-
Hold gently until firm, about 20 seconds. Press the end of the hair clip to open it up to make sure you haven't glued your hair clip closed.
-
Place a drop of hot glue on the back of the plastic spider confetti and add to the end of the skeleton hand, if desired. Set aside and repeat with remaining hair clips
