Honey Roasted Pecans
Hey pecan lovers! Give these Honey Roasted Pecans a try next time you are craving a sweet and salty snack. Easy to prepare in the oven, these roasted pecans are hard to resist.

pecan halves

tablespoons
honey
warmed slightly
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon
optional
1/8
teaspoon
salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Like a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
In medium bowl stir together all ingredients. Pour onto baking sheet and spread to single layer.
Bake for 6 minutes. Stir. Bake for another 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly roasted. (Be careful not to burn your pecans.)
Cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Store in airtight container.
Recommend lightly grease parchment paper with butter to avoid sticking. This recipe was tested with a silicone baking mat and no sticking occurred.
