Ingredients
1/2cupolive oil
1teaspoonbalsamic vinegar
2clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
1/2teaspoonred pepper flakes
1/4teaspoonsea salt
1/4teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
2teaspoonsshredded Parmesanoptional
fresh baguettesliced (or other thick, crusty bread)
Instructions
Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, sea salt and pepper to a small mason jar.
Cover and shake well to mix. Allow flavors to marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Shake and pour into a small bowl for dipping. Top with shredded Parmesan, if desired. Serve with a warm baguette or your favorite thick and crusty bread.
Recipe Notes
Don't have Italian seasoning? You can use equal parts of basil, thyme, rosemary and oregano.
