Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree frozen
  • 1 medium ripe banana. frozen
  • 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Cheerios yellow box
  • 1/2 cup Yoplait Greek Yogurt or plain/vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk or 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1/3 cup chopped apple
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons raisins

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree pumpkin, banana, yogurt, milk, pumpkin pie spie and vanilla. Pour into single-serving bowl.
  2. Top with Cheerios, pecans, apple and raisins.
  3. Serve immediately.
