Have fun playing around with different toppings based on what is on hand or personal preferences!

cooked chicken or other meat
cubed or shredded and heated

can Green Giant Southwestern Style Corn
heated

shredded Monterrey jack cheese

chopped green onion

Layer each of the ingredients above starting with rice and then adding meat, corn, cheese, salsa, lettuce, sour cream and green onion. Serve warm.
