Ingredients

  • 1 brick (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • 1 pkg (3.4oz) JELL-O Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding (or cheesecake or vanilla)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt* (vanilla preferred)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream*
  • 1 tub (8 oz) COOL WHIP whipped topping thawed
  • 1 lb (16oz) strawberries sliced
  • 3 medium bananas (ripe but firm), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (approximately half a lemon)
  • crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers for garnish (optional)
  • additional strawberries/bananas slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy.

  2. Add pudding mix, yogurt and sour cream. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined. Refrigerate at least one hour.

  3. Add sliced strawberries and bananas into a large bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and gently stir. Fold in cheesecake mixture just before serving, being careful to not damage fruit. Transfer to serving dish.

  4. Garnish with crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers and additional strawberries and bananas, if desired. Serve immediately.

*Can use 1 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt or 1 1/2 cups sour cream instead of a combination as shown.

Store leftovers covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best if eaten same day but can be refrigerated to up to 3 days.

Do not prepare the pudding mix as stated on the package. There is no milk in this recipe.
