Ingredients
3cupsstrawberrieshalved (approximately one pound)
3mangoesdiced
4kiwispeeled and sliced
2tablespoonslight brown sugar
2tablespoonspineapple juiceor orange juice
1tablespoonfresh lemon juiceapproximately half a lemon or to taste

Instructions
Add fruit to a serving dish.
In a small bowl, whisk brown sugar, pineapple juice and lemon juice until well combined.
Pour over fruit. Chill until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes to give flavors a chance to meld.
Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
Refrigerate any leftovers covered in an airtight container, up to three days.
Recipe Notes
Top your fruit salad with toasted coconut, chopped roasted nuts or even mini marshmallows.
You can use chopped mint or just a mint sprig for garnish. A variety of fresh fruits work well for this salad.
You'll want 7 to 8 cups of fresh fruit. Other options include pineapple, banana, grapes, oranges, star fruit or papaya.
