Toasted Coconut Frozen Bananas on a Stick

Yogurt Dipped Frozen Banana on a Stick

Ingredients

  • 4 firm bananas cut in half
  • 1 container Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut toasted
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Toast coconut. (Bake in 350 degree oven, stirring every two minutes until slightly brown. Then every 30 seconds until light golden brown. Be careful not to burn!)
  2. Mix together sprinkles, nuts and toasted coconut.
  3. Insert lollipop sticks into banana half.
  4. Brush yogurt on banana generously with silicone pastry brush, including underside of banana where you inserted the stick.
  5. Sprinkle coconut mixtures over bananas. Enjoy immediately or freeze for at least four hours for a frozen snack!
