Ingredients
1poundradishestrimmed and halved (approximately 20 to 25 radishes, 1 1/2 to 2 bunches)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.
Place radishes in air fryer basket.
Cook for 12 to 14 minutes, tossing occasionally.
Garnish with additional chopped fresh parsley or basil if desired. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
While the recipe calls for radishes cut in half, you will want to quarter very large radishes and leave extra small ones whole. Exact size doesn't matter as much as making them all fairly even in size so they finish cooking at the same time.
Tastes great served with sour cream or drizzled lightly with a bit of balsamic vinegar.
