Allow your pork chops to sit at room temperature for around 20- 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim any excess fat from pork chops and pat dry with a paper towel before placing on a large baking sheet.
Place all seasonings (ranch seasoning, Parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley, dill, salt and pepper) in a small bowl and stir to mix.
Drizzle pork with oil and gently massage into the meat on all side. Add seasonings to the top. Let rest for a couple of minutes
