18 oz packagecream cheesesoftened
3tablespoonsbuttersoftened
1/3cupsour cream or plain yogurt
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupminiature semisweet chocolate chips
fresh fruit such as strawberries or grapes, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or cookies for dipping
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, butter and sour cream until light and fluffy.
Add in powdered sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Transfer to small serving dish. Garnish with additional mini chocolate chips if desired.
Serve with fresh strawberries, graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers or your favorite cookies for dipping.
Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
Recipe Notes
This dip will thicken over time in the refrigerator. If planning to make in advance, I recommend letting it sit out at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving for easier dipping.
