Chocolate Chip Dip is the perfect dessert dip recipe that will wow your guests at your next party. Featuring cream cheese, this sweet and creamy dip is perfect for dipping strawberries, graham crackers, pretzels or vanilla wafers! Serve it up for any holiday or birthday celebration.

Best part is that it is so quick and easy to make and doesn’t need any chill time. It is perfect for any holiday including 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, birthdays, etc. In fact, I can’t think of a single occasion to not serve this cream cheese chocolate chip dip. Much like this Oreo Fluff, it is a party favorite!

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Dip Ingredients
To make this cream cheese dessert dip, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- cream cheese
- butter, softened
- sour cream or plain yogurt
- powdered sugar (confectioner’s sugar)
- brown sugar
- vanilla extract
- miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- fresh fruit such as strawberries or grapes, graham crackers, vanilla wafer, pretzels, or cookies for dipping
You can substitute a light cream cheese if preferred. Regular size chocolate chips work as well, although I do prefer the mini version for easier dipping. You can also use milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips.
How to Make Chocolate Chip Dip
This dip is super quick to make so let’s get started! Grab your large mixing bowl and beat softened cream cheese, butter and sour cream until light and fluffy.
Add in powdered sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips and transfer to a small serving dish.
Serve with fresh strawberries, graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers or your favorite cookies for dipping. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoons butter softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- fresh fruit such as strawberries or grapes, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or cookies for dipping

In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, butter and sour cream until light and fluffy.
