
Cinnamon Sugar Oyster Crackers are a perfect sweet and crunchy snack! These cinnamon crackers are coated in butter and seasoned with cinnamon and sugar before being baked until golden and crispy. Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar.
Place oyster crackers in a large mixing bow or gallon ziploc. Pour melted butter over the top. Gently stir or shake to fully coat.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the top and gently stir until evenly coated.
Pour crackers onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper into a single layer. (Give baking sheet a little shake or use a spoon to even them out.)
Bake for 10 minutes. Stir. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving or chill to room temperature before storing in an airtight container.
