Cinnamon Sugar Oyster Crackers are an easy sweet and salty snack that can be made with just four basic ingredients! All you need are oyster crackers, butter, cinnamon and sugar to make a special snack or treat to munch on. Whether you are hosting a party, packing a snack for a road trip or looking for a new way to satisfy your sweet tooth, these are a musty-try!

I’ve been on a bit of a oyster cracker kick lately. I made these ranch seasoned oyster crackers recipe and thought it would be fun to do a sweet version. There are more complicated toffee oyster crackers but I wanted minimal ingredients. I opted for just butter, cinnamon and sugar like I did with these air fryer doughnut holes. Sometimes simple is best and these crackers do not disappoint!!

Cinnamon Sugar Oyster Crackers Ingredients
You only need four ingredients to make these cinnamon oyster crackers.
- oyster crackers
- butter
- cinnamon
- sugar (white granulated sugar)
That is it! Because this recipe is pretty forgiving and it is a sweet and salty snack, I don’t think it matters if you use salted or unsalted butter.

How to Make Cinnamon Crackers
Making these seasoned crackers couldn’t be easier! I’ll still break it down for you with a few easy steps.

In a small bowl, mix together your cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.

Add your oyster crackers to a large mixing bowl or gallon sized ziploc bag if preferred. Pour melted butter over the top.

Gently stir until fully coated. (If using a bag, shake gently. )

Spread onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer. (I like to give it a gentle shake to even it out.)

Bake in a preheated oven at 275 degrees Fahrenheit, approximately 135 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Stir and bake an additional 15 minutes or until a light golden brown.

Let your crackers cool slightly before eating. Personally, I love to eat them while they are still warm. Feels like an extra special treat, almost like a churro! This might be the best recipe for oyster crackers!
