Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Tyson® Fully Cooked Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips prepared according to package directions and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 2/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 large ripe pear quartered and cut into slices
  • 1 bag mixed salad greens kale, spinach, arugula
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in one large bowl or divide ingredients among four bowls, arranging in fun pattern if desired.
  2. Top with dressing before serving.
