Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1 box (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding (or french vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or sour cream/ plain yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tub (8oz) COOL WHIP whipped topping
  • pretzels, vanilla wafers, ginger snaps, cookies, graham crackers or apple slices

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, whisk together canned pumpkin, vanilla pudding mix, yogurt and pumpkin pie spice until combined.
  2. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Chill until serving, at least 30 minutes.
  4. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon or additional pumpkin pie spice over the top for garnish, if desired.
  5. Serve with your favorite dessert dippers.
