Ingredients

  • 1 package (6 oz) Jello lime gelatin (can use any flavor)
  • 2 1/2 cups water divided
  • 2 liter Sprite (or other lemon-lime soda) chilled
  • 6 oz pineapple juice chilled
  • fresh lime slices garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water. Whisk lime gelatin and boiling water in a large bowl or punch bowl until gelatin is fully dissolved.

  2. Whisk in 1 1/2 cups of cold water and pineapple juice.

  3. Pour in Sprite. Serve immediately with fresh lime slices, if desired.

Recipe Notes

You can refrigerate any leftovers, however the punch will thicken over time because of the gelatin. Still drinkable, but a different texture.
