
Shamrock Punch is a non-alcoholic drink with only three ingredients! It’s easy to make and it's bright green color is perfect for a St. Patrick's Day punch. Serve it in glasses decorated with shamrocks or rainbows and garnish with lime wedges for a tasty treat any leprechaun or party guest will love!
Boil 1 cup of water. Whisk lime gelatin and boiling water in a large bowl or punch bowl until gelatin is fully dissolved.
Whisk in 1 1/2 cups of cold water and pineapple juice.
Pour in Sprite. Serve immediately with fresh lime slices, if desired.
You can refrigerate any leftovers, however the punch will thicken over time because of the gelatin. Still drinkable, but a different texture.
