St. Patrick’s Day Punch Ingredients
This green party punch comes together with just 3 ingredients including lime gelatin, pineapple juice, and bubbly lemon-lime soda so it requires very little effort. The flavor is a delicious balance of sweet and citrusy, with a light sparkle that makes every glass feel a bit more celebratory.

- lime Jello
- pineapple juice (chilled)
- lemon-lime soda (chilled)
- water (boiling water and cold water)
- limes (optional)
You can use any lemon lime flavored soda including Sprite, 7-Up, Starry or any store brand. You’ll want chilled pineapple juice and soda because this green punch is meant to be served immediately and boiling water is required for melting the lime gelatin.
How to Make Shamrock Punch
Only a few steps are required to make this St. Patrick’s Day punch! Boil a cup of water. Add your lime gelatin to a large punch bowl. Pour boiling water over the top.

Whisk punch until fully dissolved.

Pour in cold water and cold pineapple juice. (It is important to use chilled ingredients so your punch isn’t room temperature.) Stir to fully combine.

Pour in chilled Sprite or your favorite lemon-lime soda.

Serve immediately with lime slices, if desired. You can add the lime slices to the punch bowl directly or offer them on the side.

Shamrock Punch Cups
For an added special touch, make shamrock punch cups by adding your favorite St. Patrick’s Day shamrock stickers your punch cups. I used 9 oz plastic Solo Clear cups from Walmart and used some gold shamrock stickers I already had on had. You can find a wide variety of St. Patrick’s Day Stickers on Amazon.

Recipe Tip
A jello punch is meant to be enjoyed after you prepare it, without being refrigerated. While leaving it at room temperature will not thicken it, it will thicken once chilled. Although not completely set and still drinkable, some may not like this thicker texture with less fizz. My family enjoyed it both ways.
