Strawberry Lime Ice Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 3/4 cup homemade limeade or purchased limeade
  • six 3 oz silicone molds

Instructions

  1. Puree strawberries in blender.
  2. Push through a fine mesh strainer until seeds are removed. (Results in about 1/3 cup puree)
  3. Stir together limeade and strawberry puree.
  4. Fill silicone molds and freeze upright for at least four hours.
  5. Let sit at room temperature a few minutes or run under warm water to loosen before serving.
