The Juice is brought to you by and in support of Tropicana Top 50 which contains 50% less calories and 50% less sugar. How sweet is that? (Pun totally intended…) You will find The Juice online community on BlogHer and according to them, this is where you can share your own practical ideas and tips on how to get more of what you want and less of what you don’t. The Juice is all about the “good stuff.”
I poked around the site and found myself listening to their yoga video with interest. I rather enjoyed that their questions and responses seemed a little less polished and a little more real. More like you were listening to your friends versus the nightly news. I finally learned why we do eye exercises at the beginning of yoga.
Here is a sneak peak of the upcoming episode airing Monday, July 20th and featuring Jory of BlogHer and Kyra Sedgwick from The Closer. (Don’t forget to turn up the sound!)
The Juice has given me a $200 Patagonia gift card to give to one of my readers! (Now that dear readers, IS sweet!)
Win it: Tell me how you try to be green or your favorite green tip. (Please no “enter me” or “I want to win” type answers.)

I try to be green by using energy efficient products like light bulbs and appliances. Thanks for the great giveaway!
I follow your blog.
I subscribe.
My bf and I always return our bottles, it saves the environment and we get a few dollars back! I also only wash my clothes in cold water, air dry them half way so they're in the dryer less time and carpool when I can to work!
whoops! Should tell you my e mail is [email protected]

I try to be green in many ways. At work I helped for the 'Green Team' and we work to make our offices and other workspaces more environmentally friendly. I reuse everything as much as I can and try to plan my car trips so that I don't make unnecessary trips. dwndrgn[at]hotmail[dot]com
Thanks. we're recyle can.
Some things I have done to live more 'green' are changing my shower head to a low-flow type, recycling my plastic and aluminum, turn water off when brushing my teeth, using cleaners that are eco-friendly, and hanging my clothes to dry on a rack instead of drying them in the dryer.
We changed all of our lightbulbs to the energy efficient type. Thanks so much for the help!

energy saving light bulbs; recycling; and we just started a compost bin in the back yard!
we recycle aluminum, plastic and paper. However, we have just pledged to stop buying plastic all together.

I have made it my mission to turn off lights in the house! You'd think my family is afraid of the dark! I think I turned off the hall light 6 times today!
I have changed most of my light bulbs to the eco type, even the outdoor ones. I use my own shopping bags to avoid the plastic ones that are weak and flimsy anyway.
One of the most noticeable ways we are 'going green' is with reusable grocery bags. With our family alone that is a reduction of 300-400 plastic bags annually. 🙂

We recycle everything we possibly can and do not buy bottled water anymore.
I follow your blog.
My tip is to definitely get energy saving light bulbs and start using eco friendly bags! s…@h…l.com
At work, we only had trash cans at our desks, so I grabbed an extra one to recycle the many papers I throw away! Not much, but it's something!! 🙂
