I poked around the site and found myself listening to their yoga video with interest. I rather enjoyed that their questions and responses seemed a little less polished and a little more real. More like you were listening to your friends versus the nightly news. I finally learned why we do eye exercises at the beginning of yoga.

We recycle. This is my 6 year old's "chore". He loves to take the recycling out!
We have energy saving light bulbs.
We had our bathrooms remodeled and had high efficiency (Toto—love them!) toilets installed, and water saving faucets and shower head.

When I brush my teeth, I turn the water off and only turn it on when I put my brush under it.

I visited The Juice and learned that I should exercise my eyes in order to have a clearer mind.
we use reusable bags, changed our lightbulbs, try and keep lights off
We watch water consumption, we use those new bulbs, we turn off lights and unplug other appliances when not in use. We use natural sunlight and open windows instead of using AC.

We recycle, use reuseable shopping bags, cfl lightbulbs wherever we can, carpool, eat organic when we can, reduce electricity, etc. It's great to read about others' ideas as well!!

I started a compost pile in my backyard so I could reduce the amount of garbage I throw away (above and beyond recycling).
I bought SIGGS for everyone in the family to stop the plastic bottle abuse!
