Not Me Monday-#1

I love the idea of Not Me Monday created by My Charming Kids so I’ll take this time to reflect on what I did not do this past week.

I did not secretly appreciate the many kids around me when I picked up my kids at daycare and had a little oops. I did not actually pass some gas and be thankful they were there as my excuse. You can be sure I did not secretly smile as I walked away and heard my daycare provider say, “Now which one of you is poopy?” Nope, not me!

I did not get so busy this past weekend that I did not even take a shower Sunday (and a super quick one on Saturday that did not include washing my hair). Oh the horror if that was the case. But of course that wouldn’t be the case. I would never get so preoccupied with laundry and cleaning that I would just forget to something as necessary as that. I also definitely would not have worn my loungewear which doubles as my pajamas all day Sunday either. Certainly not!

I also did not carry around a whole pocketful of snotty tissue, courtesy of my youngest whose nose is constantly running. Nope. I would be careful to throw them away as I used them. I also would not forget to remove said tissues from a pocket before doing the laundry that did not keep me from a shower. Of course not. So I didn’t end up with tons of little pieces of tissue in both my washing machine and dryer. No, sir! That would just be too much fun to pick out so I wouldn’t allow myself the pleasure of it.
