Not Me! Monday – #37

I love Not Me! Monday created by My Charming Kids so I’ll take this time to reflect on what I did not do this past week. Please take a moment to visit MckMama’s blog and see what she has not been up to this past week.

Last week I did not look down at my pajama bottoms after being up a couple of hours already and realize they were inside out! While putting them on in the dark the night before somehow I missed this fact and never even noticed. The even funnier part? I did the same thing three nights later! (Although at least I noticed a little earlier in the morning!)

And speaking of sleepwear, I did not wear a pair of white capri lounge pants when it is so cold here to bed the other night because my others were dirty. In order to avoid feeling cold I did not pair them with white with black polka dot knee high socks. To finish the assemble off I was not wearing a purple Vikings fleece sweatshirt. I know, I’m so fashionable! I’m certain my husband took one look at me in this getup and was immediately in the mood.

I did not get frustrated with my husband a week ago while loading the dishwasher and to emphasis a point I did not close the top rack a little harder than usual. Doing this did not break three of my very favorite IKEA glasses. I would never loose my cool enough to damage any items so this must not have happened! So I wasn’t stuck pulling lots of pieces of glass out of my dishwasher. Nope not me!

I am not looking at the fact that Christmas is coming up fast and for the first time in years I don’t have gifts yet planned out for everyone. My kids I’m pretty much set and then the other day I realized. Hmmm…there are other people I do have to buy for, including my husband. Oh yeah, him too. So I’m not thinking I better start coming up with some ideas or else, gasp, I’ll end up becoming one those people to who has to quickly pick something out or risk not having something for them! I can’t let that happen!
