Breakfast is an important part of our day. It is how we start our morning off right, together around our dining room table. On cool mornings nothing warms us up like some delicious oatmeal. My 3 and 7 year olds especially love Quaker Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal topped with raisins. During the work week, my husband needs items that he can store at his desk after he hits the gym in the early morning. He likes anything with protein and especially loves steel cut oats! And while we might all have our favorites, we can all agree that beginning our day with a full belly certainly starts us off at our best.
National Oatmeal Day
Did you hear that today is National Oatmeal Day? Quaker believes that everyone should begin each morning prepared for the good things that lie ahead. That’s why, starting on National Oatmeal Day, Quaker is giving away up to one million bowls of 100% whole grain oatmeal to help give people across the country a great start to their day.
As part of its new “Off You Go” campaign, Quaker has surprised people around the country with a free bowl of oatmeal – online, on their way to work, or even at their doorstep. Follow @Quaker on Twitter or find Quaker on Facebook to give someone – whether it’s a family member, friend or co-worker – a little good to get them going with Quaker oatmeal. Thursday, October 29 only. While Supplies Last. Terms Apply Appreciation breakfasts were served to select teachers and day care providers across Chicago and New York to give them a little good for all they do. We prepare with a good breakfast.
We start off with a healthy breakfast!
We enjoy our favorite flavors of oatmeal together at the table and discuss plans and hopes for the day ahead.
We start our morning with strong coffee & good conversation!
I like to watch the news and eat some sort of cereal. Thanks!
We like to start the morning off with either eggs, oatmeal or pancakes and all of us sitting at the table.
We start the day off with a healthy breakfast and chatting about the day
My husband and I both start our day with quaker high fiber oatmeal fruit and coffee. It’s part of our normal routine for years. My husband’s blood pressure went down from eating healthy breakfast and meals. It keeps you full until lunch time no need for snacking.
I start my day with brown sugar quaker oatmeal an toast, yum.
We start off the day with a good breakfast and lots of hugs.
