Wordless Wednesday – The Short Life of a Snowman

I’m sure as soon as you see “snowman” in my title you might have thought I completely forgot to share with you these great pictures of my boys creating a snowman and decided to share them now, months later. I wish that were the case. Instead these were taken last FRIDAY. Yes, you read that right. May 7th we got this much snow in Northern Minnesota. Crazy, even for us and after going two months without any snowfall.  Thankfully my husband knew how to make the best of the situation and got the boys playing outside in the cold, wet sleet/snow. They loved it.

  1. That is absolutely INSANE… snow in May? And that’s not just a flurry but a good bit of snow there. Looks like the kiddos had a good time though!

  2. We’re supposed to get 10-12 inches in the Denver area by the end of the day tomorrow – so I feel your pain. But as long as you can turn it into fun, that’s all that matters!

  3. WHOA!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I’ll stop complaining about 40s and 50s. You win. Great memory though.

  5. That is just nuts! You guys were all bundled up playing with a snowman, and I was down here in FL sweating my butt off!

    Great pictures!

  6. Geez I don’t know cold. lol. Born & raised in CA, all I know is sun & maybe some rain….oh and earthquakes. Yesterday I thought it was cold at 62 degrees. HAHA. Anyway, love the pictures! Looks like it was a blast for the kids.
