Wordless Wednesday – NYC & Kim Kardashian

It isn’t every day that I stay in a hotel on Park Avenue in New York City. With a single room costing several hundred dollars a night and amenities like plush robes and a refrigerator filled with any alcohol you can imagine (costing an arm and a leg) I was definitely in my own bit of heaven at the Gansevoort Park Hotel.
The only thing that would have made it better would have been if my husband could have been with me!
The walk in shower and tub were really an amazing addition.
But what really amazed the entire group of Ragu ambassadors was the film crew taping an episode of Kim Kardashian’s reality t.v. show. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and about half way through the dinner a producer had us all sign waivers to be on the show in case we ended up in a shot. Apparently she had an entire floor of the hotel and we were surprised by the amount of prep work that was done at the restaurant in the preparation of her arrival.
Needless to say were all a little excited to catch a glimpse of Kim. Unfortunately her security kept a close eye on us so it made it almost impossible to snap a picture. What pictures we did manage were without flash. This is the shot I got from my seat of the film crew but Bobbie from One Scrappy Mom captured one of Kim Kardashian!
Aw, the joys of visiting NYC. You never know what can happen!

Someday I would like to visit New York, but what a wonderful experience you had & pictures to prove & remember by! I’m so jealous! Have a great day!
That’s so awesome! Hope you had fun. I love Ragu!! LOL
Fun and exciting! To be that close.
How amazing! My daughter is obsessed with Kim and would LOVE to meet her. This hotel would be my dream getaway. I cant EVEN imagine. I’d spend my whole vacation budget (we go on vacation like once every 5 years) on a place like this for a few nights of R and R and NO KIDS!
