Wordless Wednesday – Winter Wonderland

Over the weekend we received over seven inches of snow and that made for a winter wonderland in our backyard. My husband took full advantage and helped the boys build a snowman and sledded down the hill at the edge of our property. I on the other hand got to clean the house in peace which sometimes feels like a blessing!

I just can’t believe all these people who are getting snow and we’re still in short sleeve shirts! Its just amazingly beautiful!
Ugh I can’t believe we’ll have that in no time. Thank goodness we haven’t gotten it yet! Usually right after Thanksgiving!
Beautiful picture!!! I’m with Dee…we’re still in shorts and t-shirts here. I’m cold just looking at that. It sounds like your husband and kids enjoyed it!
Thanks for the linky. Have a great Wednesday!
You put this up just to torture me right? I want snow so badly and that’s gorgeous!
I am so jealous! We love snow and can’t wait for ski season to get started here in Oregon. If you wouldn’t mind, could you box some of that up to send our way?
Wow, where do you live that you got snow already? It looks beautiful but I’m not looking forward to it here in Michigan. It’s raining right now with no snow in the forecast… at least for this week. ;p
7 inches! That’s crazy! I do have to admit it makes me miss living in Chicago when I see such pretty snow, but only a little. How quickly I’ve grown used to Atlanta temps! I turn on my seat warmers if it gets below 45 degrees.
I wish we had snow like that! Beautiful!
We’ve only had a tiny sprinkling so far. The photo looks marvelous!
So beautiful – yet, I’m so jealous! Too warm here in AZ for white stuff – but it’s cold for us.
I was so thankful I didn’t have to work last weekend. We didn’t get it too bad further up North. Guess we’ll see the grass again in May? =)
Holy cow! I canNOT believe how much it has snowed there already. It looks so pretty!
Whoa! I know it snowed about an hour west of us but I am not looking ready for the cold!
It’s absolutely beautiful, but all I can say is brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! We’ll get ours in no time I’m sure!
We got about 9 inches here over the weekend, too! It was really pretty but I’m not sure I’m ready 🙁 Thanks for hosting wordless wednesday. Have a great weekend!
