It is no secret that I love brunch. My kids can be on the pickier side but one thing we all love and enjoy as a family are breakfast foods. It is why we often have breakfast for dinner and why I’ve become a pro at making everything from scrambled eggs to french toast to bacon and everything in between. But I was also the kid growing up who almost always picked breakfast at a restaurant if it was still be served, no matter what time of day. It is true comfort food for me and why I was pleasantly surprised to receive a copy of Brunch at Bobby’s from likable Food Network Star Bobby Flay. This cookbook is jam packed with 140 brunch recipes. It is no wonder it has topped the New York Time’s Bestseller List.
About the Book
At long last, Bobby shares his simplest, most sought-after recipes—while still delivering his signature intense flavors. Bobby Flay may be best known for his skills at the grill, but brunch is his favorite meal of the week. In Brunch @ Bobby’s he includes 140 recipes starting with the lip-smacking cocktails, both spiked and virgin, that we have come to expect from him, along with hot and iced coffees and teas. He then works his way through eggs; pancakes, waffles, and French toast (including flavored syrups and spreads); pastries (a first) and breads; salads and sandwiches; and side dishes. Pull up a seat and enjoy a Sangria Sunrise, Carrot Cake Pancakes with Maple-Cream Cheese Drizzle, Sautéed Bitter Green Omelets, and Wild Mushroom-Yukon Gold Hash. This is how Bobby does brunch.
While you might not typically think of brunch when you think of Bobby Flay, he’s got some amazingly sweet recipes in his new cookbook. The Carrot Cake Pancakes with Maple-Cream Cheese Drizzle look absolutely decadent, but I can’t wait to try the Mini Pumpkin Churros with Chocolate-Orange Dipping Sauce.
If sweet treats aren’t your thing or you’d like to add some delicious protein dishes to your menu, Bobby Flay has some sure winners like this Tarte Flambe or Texas Eggs Benedict featuring rib eye steak. Yum!
This cookbook has several alcoholic recipes that are considered acceptable before noon like Sangria Sunrise, but you’ll also find other non-alcoholic drinks such as Iced Coffee and Berry Tea Smoothie. With so many recipes to chose from, there really is something for everyone!

I love breakfast any time of day. thank you
I like that it is served later. I’m nt hungry in the morning since I am a night owl.
The time is the best thing! I love that there is no need to get up early.
My fav thing about brunch is that it’s a special event
I love the laid-back atmosphere of getting moving a little later in the day, sleeping in perhaps or just lounging around. Then going and having a great meal with great friends.
love breakfast and dinner food
I like the variety of foods offered during brunch.
I get early starts, so it’s nice to have a moment to break and slow down.
Thank You for the giveaway… Sunday Brunch is the only meal of the week when we have enough time to fire up the waffle maker to make homemade waffles !
My favorite thing about brunch is that you can choose between breakfast and lunch items.
I am not hungry early morning so brunch is a great time to eat a meal for me
I like not having to get up early and all the different foods you can have at a brunch
I am not a morning person and I love brunch 🙂 I usually make mushroom omelette, steamed brown rice and salad for my brunch!
