It can be hard to stay hydrated. Just ask my husband who loves to run or my six year old who can easily over-heat in hot weather. What did we think? My youngest son declared it to his lemonade, which wasn’t surprising since we received the lemon flavor. He loved it and acted like it was a special treat. This is very different than the reaction I’ve received in the past when trying to treat dehydration with a children’s oral electrolyte solution. I personally found the flavor to be really good, but a bit sweet for my tastes. I simply added a bit more water until I found the right balance.

Overall, I’m really happy to see a product like this that is effective and is easy to store and transport. I am glad I’ll have some on hand when one of my kids inevitably get sick this winter season.
