How to Get Free Dinner: Dinner is on Me GIVEAWAY

Every now and then we need a break. While I enjoy cooking, I do get tired of planning and cleaning up afterwards. I appreciate having a meal that can be made in under 30 minutes with ingredients I have on hand, especially those that are made in a single skillet. Last week I shared with you a cool rebate offer that is currently being offered by Helper for free ground beef. Even if you aren’t a fan of Hamburger Helper , you can still make out on this great deal. Here is how to do it:
1. Buy ground beef valued at least $8.06.
The maximum value of this rebate is $8.06. According to their Facebook page, they will pay you the maximum amount as long as you spend at least that much. You aren’t limited to only one pound of ground beef so be sure to take advantage of the entire rebate being offered.
2. Buy 3 boxes of Helper.
Even if you don’t like Helper products at all, these work great for food donation. My local Walmart had Hamburger Helper on sale for only $1.50 a box. So for a $4.50 investment, you can get $8.06 back on your ground beef. Add in the cost of printing out the form and a stamp, and you still come out ahead about $3. As an added bonus, some specially marked packages at Walmart offer a free donated meal with purchase as part of the Fight Hunger campaign. If you do like helper, you’ve just scored three easy weeknight dinners for just a couple of dollars each, depending upon which varieties you choose. (Hamburger Helper, Chicken Helper and Tuna Helper all qualify for the rebate.)
