Not Me! Monday – #40

I love Not Me! Monday created by My Charming Kids so I’ll take this time to reflect on what I did not do this past week. Please take a moment to visit MckMama’s blog and see what she has not been up to this past week.
This past weekend I did not make a huge mistake. It did not involve a washing machine and a hidden training diaper within a pair of thick pants.
I didn’t get to discover first hand just why a training diaper can not be used for a swimming diaper and the almost unreal liquid holding capabilities of a Pampers trainer. (You would not believe how heavy it was!)
And I didn’t get completely confused when I opened up the washing machine and discovered this. At first glance I did not think they were ice shavings. The bright spot might be that at least the training diaper wasn’t used before it ended up here. 🙂
I am not still feeling the loss of the Minnesota Vikings to the New Orleans Saints last night. Just because I’m a huge Vikings fan does not mean I can’t chalk up the loss to a lot of mistakes. And I didn’t let the game affect me so much that I was ready to cry because I felt so bad for the team and Brett’s last throw. I don’t get that emotional about a game so I’m not still finding myself affected by it this morning. I’m not feeling like it is a repeat of the 1998 NFC Championship loss. Nope. (*sob*)
Omg That has happened to me at least once in the 8 years of diapers and pulls ups! I do have to say that the orange crayon I washed with all of my daughter’s school clothes took the cake however!
HAve a beautiful Week!
Oh no! At least you took pics and could post about it! Sorry for your loss. We’re Giants fans here, so we totally feel ya!
soory for your loss but I am a Saints fan from south Louisiana and I am still pumped up from last night.
Oh that is too funny! I wouldn’t have had any idea what that stuff was! Better diapers than crayons in the dryer!
So, I JUST did this (like as in right now, today), after reading your post. What did you do to get rid of all the gel that is EVERYWHERE?! I’m rerunning an empty wash cycle, hoping it will disappear and then rewashing the clothes, but I’m afraid it’s not going to work! I’m scared! 😉
i’ve done that before! you’re not alone.. lol
Who knew a pull-up would hold so much? Totally impressed.
Oh no! I admit I too have been there….I feel for ya!
LOL I totally feel your pain. My washing machine flooded the front portion of our house a couple of weeks ago (http://senilemomentia.com/2010/01/row-row-row-your-boat/#content) and there happened to be a diaper (not used) that had fallen on the floor and a nursing pad (also not used) that was under my desk… They apparently both use the same stuff to hold moisture because those little beady things were EVERYWHERE once they got so full they couldn’t hold more.
But yeah, they hold a TON lol The nursing pad looked like a baseball! haha
As for the game, we live in Louisiana… so, WHO DAT?! lol Sorry… hehe
